    Great motel. Very clean and comfortable beds. They provide tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Free parking and WiFi provided. In room breakfast was very good too. They have a microwave, hairdryer and eco friendly toiletries.

    Sounds like the management need an upgrade on communication skills ...As a lifetime member of Hospitality Association I may send some hints on How to be nice ...First smile and say Gaday Howrya ....practice that for a while...

    Thanks Bernie and all your lovely staff for the excellent service during our 2 day stay in Queenstown. Rooms clean and well appointed and REALLY EXCELLENT FOOD and lots of smiles and happy faces. Would really recommend this as a place to stay in Queenstown when visiting the West Coast of Tasmania.

    Yes its an older motel but it is well appointed and well run. Food and service was excellent. Highly recommended.
