  The hotel itself is at the lower end of a hotel/motel standard, yet times a bit worrying experience due to the presence of backpackers lodge and kitchen at the rear.

  Wow really lovely customer service with cute comfortable rooms. Loved the mountain views on our nice little 10 minute walk from town!

  Great views of the mountains around queenstown. Sunset was amazing especially in summer as the mountains werw glowing in gold.

  Refused to stay here. Room was musty and damp, called to cancel and owner refused to give any kind of refund or compensation. Had only been there 10 minutes.

  Restaurant was a bit over priced for what you got. I was in a "non-smoking" room, but it was right above the designated smokers area so it stank like smoke.
